LABORERS & EMPLOYERS COOPERATION AND EDUCATION TRUST FUND
ALOHA! Hawaii LECET is a Labor plus Management partnership between the Hawaii Laborers International Union of North America and over 250 construction industry employers.
Our primary objective is to generate good business opportunities for our signatory contractors, and jobs for our 5,000 Hawaii union members, through a concerted effort in expanding market share. Under the umbrella of the Laborers International Union of North America (LIUNA), Hawaii LECET is one of a network of 38 LECET Funds throughout the United States and Canada.
Hawaii LECET also partners with LIUNA's two other labor-management funds: the Laborers-AGC Training and Education Fund and the Laborers-AGC Health and Safety Fund of North America. Together, these three organizations make up the LIUNA TRI-FUNDS, powerful tools used by the Laborers and their employers to keep our workforce on the cutting edge of new skills, technology, productivity, and workplace safety.
